Every family's postpartum journey is different
Bringing home a new baby is joyful, but it can also be physically and emotionally demanding. There is no single "right" way to navigate life with a newborn. Whether you're preparing before birth or already home with your baby, having the right support for you, your baby, and your family can help you feel more confident, rested, understood, and cared for.
Postpartum support is never one-size-fits-all. Every family has different needs, priorities, and routines. I offer personalized services tailored to your unique postpartum journey. During a free consultation, we'll discuss your family's needs, answer your questions, and determine which type of support is the best fit for your family. Services are available in both Japanese and English.

Prenatal Preparation Session
This is a relaxed, roughly 3-hour online session focused on childbirth and postpartum care in the U.S.A.. If you are expecting parents coming from different countries and/or cultures, we’ll cover key topics to help prepare you for this special time. I’m happy to adjust the content to meet the unique needs of your family—whether that’s a Cesarean section, caring for older children, or planning for mom’s return to work. Tailored postpartum planning is also included to ensure you're feeling supported every step of the way. I highly recommend attending as a couple although it is not required. I’m here to help you feel ready and confident for this next chapter!
