The goal of this service is to educate, coach, and equip parents to lay a sustainable foundation for healthy sleep for their baby. As a certified pediatric sleep consultant and certified newborn sleep specialist, I am here to empower you to raise a happy, consistent, and restful sleeper for now and the future. This package is ideal for expectant parents who want to understand the unique nature of newborn sleep and feel confident about laying a healthy sleep foundation for your baby from the very beginning. You’ll gain essential knowledge to support your baby’s safe and restful sleep from day one.

✓ Connection Call (20 min): Free 20-minute call for us to get to know each other and for me to understand your needs and goals. ✓ Newborn Sleep Guide: A guidebook that covers newborn sleep basics, safe practices, common challenges, soothing techniques, FAQ and more. ✓ Newborn Sleep Class (In-person or virtual, 2-3h): Using the Newborn Sleep Guide, we’ll walk through your questions and explore practical, evidence-based tips and techniques to equip you with the knowledge and confidence to lay healthy sleep foundations for your baby from day one. ✓ A 30-minute “Ask Anything” follow-up call—use within three months after your session.

3-WEEK VIRTUAL SLEEP SUPPORT

Focus: Helping your baby build healthy, sustainable sleep habits

This package is thoughtfully designed for parents of newborns (ages 4–12 weeks) who want ongoing virtual support to better understand their baby’s sleep and lay a sustainable foundation for healthy sleep—while meeting their baby’s needs and nurturing a strong parent–baby bond.

 

Over the course of 3 weeks, we’ll explore the basics of newborn sleep together and create a personalized sleep plan that fits your baby’s rhythms and your family’s values. You’ll get step-by-step guidance and encouragement along the way, so you can feel more confident and supported as your baby learns to rest well.

 

Support is offered through email, text, and video calls—so no matter where you are, your questions and progress will always be heard and cared for. Let's gently move toward more restful nights—for your baby, you and your entire family.

In addition to everything included in the 3-Week Virtual Support, this offering provides an in-home sleep class, nursery and sleep space safety check, hands-on bedtime and overnight care, and optional follow-up visits, so you feel even more supported and reassured throughout your journey.

These hours can be offered virtually if preferred. ✓ Unlimited Text, Email, Video-chat Support: Available during the service period for questions, updates, adjustments, and celebration. ✓ Closing Consultation (Online): The final call to review progress, answer final questions and prepare you for your baby's future sleep transitions.
